Xiaomi Mi QLED TV with 4K 55-inch QLED Ultra-HD screen has been launched in India on Wednesday, priced at Rs 54,999. It is Android TV and is equipped with PatchWall. Me QLED TV 4 is the company's first QLED TV in India, and is the most premium television series yet, a step ahead of the current LED TV range. The resolution of the new TV is 3840x2160 pixels and it comes with a single 55 inch size option. Apart from this, HDR and Dolby Vision format support is also available in this TV.

Mi QLED TV 4K is the most expensive 55-inch TV offered by Xiaomi in India, priced at Rs 54,999. At the moment, you will get only 55 inch size option in this TV. Mi QLED TV 4K will compete in the market after the launch of the existing QLED TVs from brands like OnePlus and TCL, which are priced up to Rs 60,000. Xiaomi has brought the same specifications and features for less than this price range, which are found in TVs like OnePlus TV Q1 and TCL 55C715.
Mi QLED TV 4K sale will start at 12 noon on 21 December in India, the sale will be available through Flipkart, Mi.com, Mi Home stores and other retail stores including Vijay Sales etc.

The Mi QLED TV 4K features a 55-inch ultra-HD (3840x2160 pixels) QLED screen with support for various HDR formats including HLG, HDR10, HDR10 + and Dolby Vision etc. The TV works on Android TV 10 and is one of the first major television launches to run on the latest version of Android TV. However, it does not run Google TV Launcher on Chromecast with Google TV, instead it runs the stock Android TV Launcher.
Talking about the specification, the Mi QLED TV 4K is equipped with many impressive features. Such as a 30 W sound output through the MediaTek MT9611 quad-core processor, 2 GB RAM, 32 GB storage and a 6 speaker system, with four full-range drivers and two twitters. This TV also has a built-in Chromecast and Quick Wake function, which was recently seen on the Mi TV 4A Horizon Edition.
Apart from this, this TV includes three HDMI ports and 2 USB ports, all three with HDMI 2.1 support up to 4K resolution with 60Hz refresh rate and 5ms input lag, which is beneficial for gaming. The TV also has Bluetooth 5 and HDMI eARC support.
Like Xiaomi's other television, Mi QLED TV 4K also works on the company's PatchWall launcher, which runs on the latest TV PatchWall 3.5. This TV's remote is similar to the remote of the old Mee TV models, in which you get a button dedicated to Netflix and Amazon Prime Video as well as Google Assistant for voice commands.
The Mi QLED TV 4K comes with major software-based changes, through which attempts have been made to improve the usage experience. This includes the Quick Mute option by double-pressing the volume down button and long-pressing the 'Mi' button on the remote to go to Quick Settings.
